ABOUT POMCHS LTD.

Police Officers Multi-State Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. came into existence in 2001 with an aim of providing Flats/Plots to its members mainly from Delhi Police personnel.  The Society was registered with Central Registrar of Co-Operative Societies as Multi-State Co-Operative Society under section 7 of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002) under the Registration No.MSCS/CR/168/2003 dated 31.12.2003.  The present strength of the society membership is around 1400.  The Society has presently 3 projects vis. Faridabad Flat Project with 18.3875 acres of land at Sector-49 where approx. 900 Flats with EWS are proposed to be built.  The 2nd project is at Sector-23, Sonepat where the construction of 60 Flats has already started at Plot Nos: 15 & 16.  The 3rd project is at Sonepat Sector-26, 26A, 33 & 34 where 321 Plots of different sizes have already been allotted to its members.  All these projects are on “NO PROFIT NO LOSS” basis for the benefit of the members.  The management is in the look out for more plot projects for allotment to its members and for those who are further interested in the police department.

Our Mission:

Our prime objective is to provide plots and high quality Flats of different types for our members on No Profit & No Loss basis.  To accomplish our mission, the Management is putting all its efforts to complete the projects already in hand. We are also in the look out for acquiring more plots adjacent to Delhi/in the NCR regions for which we are getting lot of enquiries from interested parties.  We are committed to take care of the interest of our members to the best of our ability.
