Due to the lockdown in the city the Society office has been closed .Members are requested not to visit Society office and Faridabad site during lockdown period.

Format for Occupation of Flat for interior works

We are pleased to convey that members / allottees of flatsat the Faridabad project can be handed over possession of their flats forinterior works from 25th March, 2020 onwards starting with Tower 'C'.

Members willing to take possession may contact the Societyoffice at PTS Malvia Nagar, New Delhi to apply for it in the format availablein the Society office. A No dues certificate will be issued to the members afterverification of the office records.

Contractors/Supervisors at the site at Faridabadwill handover possession of the flats to the individual members on producingthe No dues certificate issued by the Society office.
